Me and My Peeps

"Yo, bird!" ~ Malcolm

A return to Feast included Michael's guests: the Peeps. The small invasion caused some confusion for Paul ("Why are they called Peeps?"), which then lead to a small discussion of what sounds animals make (and how they might be different for British animals).

Spurred on by the knowledge that our dear Kirsten had actually eaten, in one night, a whole box (minus one for microwave experimentation), we broke open a couple of packages and took a taste. (Decapitation seemed like the eating method of choice.)

Steph savoured the sugar and fluffy marshmallow. Paul seemed surprised (pleasantly?) by the taste and texture.
Few attempt a second. Instead, most saved room for Rem's toffee pudding (with a good dose of milk).

Sugar overload only seemed to be problem for one.
"It's like Christmas on a stick." ~ Beth, re: phrases to describe fabulousness

There were many Peeps left over at the end of the night. I had thought maybe they would take flight at some point... Maybe they'll still have a chance: Malcolm might just throw them at his students.
